Ministry of Foreign Affairs Requirements to open an embassy with South Pacific
Here at the ministry of foreign affairs of the South Pacific we strive to make reliable allies whom have the privilege to cooperate with us on trade. To do so allies are granted the opportunity to open up an embassy within our region. Below are the requirements to open an embassy within SP.
- Your region must have at least 30 nations within it
- 10 Nations within your region must be members of the WA.
- Your region must be democratic.
- Cooperate with South Pacific on national security and trade deals when requested.
- Give a monthly update on your regions actions to the South Pacific.
- Offer a legitimate benefit of opening an embassy with SP, it must benefit both us here at South Pacific and your region.
- You must pledge to support SP
- Not have a past history of tyranny and dictatorship
- Pledge to support the South Pacific in times of attack and neglect.
- Finally, cooperate with us on WA resolutions when requested.

[UPDATE TO THE REQUIREMENTS] South Pacific Shall have an OPEN Embassy Policy
Here at the ministry of foreign affairs of the South Pacific we strive to make reliable allies whom have the privilege to cooperate with us on trade. To do so allies are granted the opportunity to open up an embassy within our region. Below are the requirements to open an embassy within SP.
• Cooperate with South Pacific on national security and trade deals when requested. • Not have a history with raiders/invaders. • Support the South Pacific in times of attack and neglect. • Finally, cooperate with us on WA resolutions when requested.

As such, all embassy requests that are not from regions associated with raider organizations will be accepted. Consulates with South PacificConsulates allow for more significant relations between South Pacific and other regions. Consulate regions must be prepared for an exchange of ambassadors, and are encouraged to supply monthly updates on their region's activities in that region's respective thread in the South Pacific's offsite forum. - Your region must have at least 30 nations within it

- State the reason for your requesting a Consulate with South Pacific.
- Not have a past history of tyranny and dictatorship .
- Pledge to support the South Pacific in times of attack and neglect.
[/ul] Consulate requests must be posted in the Consulates Application thread on the offsite forum. The Delegate, Vice Delegate and Minister of Foreign Affairs may accept or reject applications at their discretion. A consulate is necessary before any inter-regional event or agreement may be made between South Pacific and another region. Regions with consulates are encouraged to cooperate with South Pacific's World Assembly activities, as we shall do with any Consulate region's.
